More From Camp!

After being back from Camp Pine Cove for 2 weeks now, I am FINALLY getting up some more pictures. We had a ton of fun. I think the students really got the opportunity to explore new ideas, explore the wildnerness, bond with their classmates and make some great memories. Here are a few of the 200 (WOW!) pictures I took:

Regulator (the counselor) holding a falcon.

Caleb and Taylor collected samples from the lake.

Boys around the campfire roasting their marshmallows.

Gia collecting her twigs in style.

Building a mud structure to demonstrate the effects of weathering.

More mud structures.

The "Not So Grand" Canyon. And Josh.

Megan playing in the mud!

Shelbie holding the falcon!

Tanner collecting samples in the lake, looking like a pro!

Tiara was not loving the mud so much!

Zach, after he ziplined!
We had so much fun at camp this year! Thank you to all those who played a part in making it possible for all these 5th graders to come! It will be something they remember forever.

Baskin Robbins Night!

Thanks intuitive.com and Baskin Robbins for the pic!
Baskin Robbins Night is TONIGHT! Show up at the Baskin Robbins on Eldorado Drive  from 4:00 to 9:00 pm!

My Life as a Pumpkin Seed

This week we are doing a crative writing piece on our lives as a pumpkin seed. The students have been working very hard to come up with creative stories about what would happen to them if they were pumpkin seeds and went along the journey pumpkin seeds go on. Here are our kids hard at work writing their stories!

These will come home just in time to share with family over the holidays!
